How does it work?
Improv uses the principle of "Yes, And." When someone makes an offer or presents an idea, another person responds by saying "Yes" to the idea "And" adds to it. While the words themselves aren't always said literally, the agreement they imply is always present with improvisation. "Yes, And" creates a judgement-free zone for creativity to develop and flourish. Using "Yes, And" as the foundation, we have created entertainment and goal-oriented exercises that get team members on their feet, communicating in new ways, expressing their ideas, outside of their comfort zone, and having fun!
